Refund & Cancellation Policy — Sarweshwar Industries

Machinery (atta chakki, flour mill, madhani, air cooler), emery mill stones (patta), and spare parts.

This comprehensive policy applies to all retail and B2B orders manufactured and supplied by Sarweshwar Industries, including our domestic flour mills, commercial horizontal and vertical chakkis, emery mill stones, butter churners (madhani), Megazone industrial/commercial air coolers, and replacement spare parts (EN-8 shafts, pulleys, bearing sets, and belts).

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not accepted except for the reasons below.

We stand firmly behind our engineering quality. Eligible return and replacement guidelines are as follows:

• Defective or damaged on arrival: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos — we arrange replacement or repair.
• Wrong product received: same 48-hour window — we arrange the correct product.
• Emery stones: 6-month guarantee against cracking/crumbling around the rim; replacement stone(s) provided under the guarantee terms (damage from misuse, over-speed or mishandling not covered).
• Machines: model-wise warranty on motor and body; repairs handled by our service guidance or nearest dealer.

Refunds for cancelled/eligible orders are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Once your returned item or cancellation request is verified by our inspection department in Jaipur, the refund will be initiated via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) or credited directly back to the originating debit card, credit card, or net banking account. You will receive immediate transaction confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

Used/damaged-by-user products, and stones fitted to running chakkis beyond the guarantee terms, are not returnable.

Specifically, the following scenarios do not qualify for returns or refunds:

• Items damaged due to incorrect electrical voltage, missing earthing, or water ingress into the motor.
• Emery stones operated beyond rated RPM specifications or fractured due to iron bolts/foreign stones entered with grain.
• Products with tampered serial numbers or unauthorized third-party modifications.
